Use and maintenance of rotary vibrating screen

The rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise, high efficiency and a fully enclosed structure. It is suitable for screening and filtering particles, powder, mucus and other materials. The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. The upper and lower ends of the motor are equipped with eccentric blocks. The centrifugal force of the eccentric blocks is used as the excitation force. Rotary vibrating screen is a kind of equipment that damages itself greatly, because vibration not only enables the equipment to work effectively, but also the excitation force of the vibrating motor will damage the bearings of the vibrating motor and other parts of the vibrating screen. Therefore, the maintenance of the rotary vibrating screen is relatively more important.

1. The rotary vibrating screen should be equipped with electrical protection devices.

2. In the early stage of operation of the rotary vibrating screen, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

3. When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, adjust the phase sequence of the power supply.

4. The motor should be well lubricated, and lithium-based grease (ZL-3) should be refilled every two weeks or so. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.

5. After the rotary vibrating screen has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be checked, and if there is serious damage, it should be replaced immediately.

6. When the rotary vibrating screen is used again after being parked for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured. It should be greater than 0.5 megohm for 500V megohmmeter measurement.
