The origin and application of vibrating machinery

Vibration machinery originated in the 1960s, after more than half a century of development, it has become a mature and highly utilized machine.

At present, vibration machinery has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, mining, machinery manufacturing, water conservancy and power, petrochemical, light industry, building materials, construction, railway and transportation and other industrial sectors, completing different processes for all walks of life. In the production activities related to human beings, vibration can not be separated at any time. Vibration is an indispensable link and necessary mechanism in human daily life and industrial and agricultural production.

In most cases, vibration is harmful. When the vibration exceeds the allowable range, the vibration will affect the working performance of the machine, causing additional load on the parts of the machine, thus shortening the service life. But in some cases, vibration is beneficial. It can be used to effectively complete many technological processes, such as crushing and grinding, forming, shaping, cooling, dehydration, sand falling and so on, or to improve the working efficiency of some machines. Therefore, with various process requirements, there are various types of vibration machinery, such as: vibration feeder, vibration conveyor, vibration screening machine, vibration ball mill, vibration rammer, vibration roller, etc., which have played an important role in different production processes.
