Vibration motor synchronization for vibrating screen

With the rapid development of construction machinery in China, vibrating screen is widely used in highway, coal, mining, metallurgy, water conservancy, electric power, chemical industry, construction, transportation and railway industries. Vibrating screen is used to screen various materials, which greatly improves the production efficiency of various industries. The vibrating screen is mainly composed of vibrator, vibration isolation spring, screen box, screen frame and other parts. Under the action of the vibrator, the screen frame can produce different motion tracks. According to the different motion track of the screen body, the linear vibrating screen can be divided into elliptical vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. The linear vibrating screen with double vibrating motor excitation source is widely used in the screening operation because of its simple structure and reliable operation. Through the research on the vibration of dual motor linear vibrating screen, the conditions of automatic synchronization and the problems of non synchronization are obtained, which has very important practical significance for improving the screening performance of vibrating screen, improving the screening efficiency of vibrating screen and obtaining high-quality screening products.

Two identical vibrating motors realize self synchronous operation, and the vibration curve of vibrating screen is regular harmonic vibration. When two vibrating motors have phase difference angle due to manufacturing and installation errors, the two motors no longer operate synchronously, resulting in beat vibration. Therefore, the vibration motor with similar mechanical characteristics should be selected as far as possible. The deformation of the vibrating beam in the process of vibration will also affect the self synchronization of the two motors, so the stiffness of the vibrating beam of the vibrating screen must be enough to avoid its influence on the vibration of the vibrating screen.
