At present, most of the vibration brick making machines in China adopt hydraulic transmission, while a few adopt mechanical transmission (such as double crank connecting rod). No matter hydraulic transmission or mechanical transmission, the main purpose of transmission is not to press, but to lift and lift the molding device to complete the demoulding action, cloth distribution and delivery of finished products. Its hydraulic and mechanical functions are not the main force source of brick forming, but the main force source of its forming is "exciting force", which comes from the vibration exciter or vibration motor. The vibration brick making machine is equipped with many powerful vibration exciters or vibration motors. The non fired brick mainly relies on it to vibrate and compact. Therefore, the hydraulic transmission vibration brick machine and the hydraulic pressure brick machine is completely different, is not a concept, also does not belong to one kind of brick machine. Similarly, the mechanical transmission of the vibration brick machine is also different from the mechanical press.

However, due to the lack of professional knowledge, many investors mistakenly confuse the hydraulic vibration brick press with the hydraulic pressure brick press, and think that the hydraulic vibration brick machine is the hydraulic brick press. As a result, many people choose the wrong model, resulting in huge economic losses and difficulties.

Although China's hydraulic vibrating brick making machine has a hydraulic upper die, its hydraulic cylinder is very small, and the pressure is correspondingly low. The general pressure value is 0.05-0.12 MPa, which can not complete the compaction and molding of brick blank alone. The hydraulic force on the pressure head is only an auxiliary forming force, especially to hold the material in the mold cavity from overflowing the mold box during the vibration excitation, and then the auxiliary vibration motor is used to jointly shape. Therefore, the main forming force of hydraulic vibration brick making machine is still exciting force rather than hydraulic pressure.
